Hood Cleaning
Your restaurant exhaust hood gathers the smoke from
your kitchen and funnels it in to the plenum area behind your filters.
Keeping this area clean is the first step in making sure that your restaurant
kitchen exhaust system is fire safe. The prevention of fire is the number
one reason to get your commercial hood system cleaned. Removing build-up
of grease from your exhaust system is the best way to prevent kitchen
fires which cause hundreds of injuries in the United States each year.
